Here we have a piece of original DC art from a DC HOLIDAY SPECIAL! I believe this may be from DC Holiday Special 2009 with pencils by Rodney Buchemi... But it is a cool page of pencils on DC marked board and appears to be completed pencils over blue line layouts. I presume word bubbles were present on an overlay or added during inking...

But no such clutter on this piece - just nice clean quality artwork! I think it's a phenomenal piece of one of a kind original artwork from DC that will only continue to climb in value!
