Jack Kirby original art Sky Masters published 1959

  

Original Pencils and inks by the legend Jack Kirby. This is an insert panel for the comic strip "Sky Masters of the Space Force", strip #41 published in November 15,1959. The art board measures approximately 8.5"x 5.5". On top of the drawn panel we can see the inscriptions "41-Sunday / 11-15", referring to the strips number and the day it was going to be published.

Also present are three pieces of tape with markings to guide for alignment through the production process. The piece does present some yellowing due to its age, however it is in excellent condition.

It has been in my collection for 20 years now, and it has never been remover from the acid free sleeve I received it in. It has been in my portfolio binder in a pet free smoke free environment. PS- I've included a scan of the full published strip for reference to how it was published.
