Publication Date: January 28, 1979. Dimensions: 22.375" wide by 17.25" tall (board dimensions; image slightly smaller). This Sunday, from the last year of the strip, features Nat Blessing (Mary's agent), Mordecai and Mr. Saddik (a force for good opposed to the evil Digby Deakin) as well as Mary Perkins and Lily Harline (a fellow actress recently freed from the influence of the svengali Digby Deakin).

Starr is one of the all-time great comic strip artists, and his staging, inking and sense of drama made Mary Perkins one of the classic comic strips. This Sunday is reprinted on page 221 of Mary Perkins On Stage Volume 15 (2016 Classic Comics Press). The art is in excellent overall condition. Editorial notes and markings in blue pencil. "Sun 1-28" is written in pencil in the upper left corner of the art.

Tack holes to top margin of board. Pasted up correction to dialogue balloon in second panel. Slight bend to lower right corner of board (not a crease). The title is a stat glued to the art board (the background is original art).
