Comes framed, frame is wood and had, one one point, a coating on it making it look black (most of this is now pealed away and gone). The artwork itself is fine, though.

Framed, the piece measures approximately 16 1/2 by 22 inches (artwork is of course slightly smaller with the matting). Unknown artist, signature looks like it says Tan.
