This is Page 4 from the issue, from the great series written by former Daily Show head writer Elliott Kalan. It's an awesome page with a huge splashy top panel, as Hellion blasts the leader of the All-New Sinister Six!

That basically ends the fight, as with their leader blown up, they decide to give up. The police try to arrest Spidey, but he flies off with the X-Kids, in what is truly a jam-packed page! I believe this is inks over blueline pencils. The page measures approximately 11 3/4" by 17".

This is a truly great page, with large splashy panels, great images, a really cool layout, and great images of Spidey in every single panel (5 out of 5)!
