Superman Unchained #2 Splash Original Art by Jim Lee & Scott Williams! Superman Unchained #2 Splash Page Wraith Introduction With Superman.
Here is a great splash page incredibly detailed by Lee and Williams featuring the introduction of the mysterious figure Wraith with Superman. Here we see General Lane showcasing his government weaponry against Superman and the black hole bullets seem to work, showing Superman down.
Luckily the Wraith arrives for the first time in this dramatic splash page to stop the fight between the government and Superman. Even as the issue progresses, the art does not disappoint as a confrontation between Superman and the forces of General Lane, which feels like it was lifted straight from Man Of Steel, shows Superman being overwhelmed by Lane's new anti-Superman weapons. Everything here feels like it was tailor-fit for Lee's art and it fits like a glove. This page was actually featured in IDW's DC Legends Jim Lee original art book under his Superman focused art (image 2, book is not included with sale). Just an incredible splash introducing the mysterious character Wraith from the 75th Anniversary acclaimed mini-series.
